Anime-ZING is in about two weeks and, I must say, I'm ready to rip my hair out. I have stacks and stacks of stuff to finish, all around my full-time job.
FUN.
Somehow, I do this to myself every single year. I tell myself that I'm going to buckle down, get all my work done early so that way, I'm not running around like a chicken with my head cut off the month before the con. And every single year, I put off a stack of projects until the last moment then panic when I don't have half of what I want to have done, done. Maybe one day, I'll learn. Maybe this year even! (Yeah, right.)
On the plus side, however, I do at least have SOME projects done so at Anime-ZING I'll at least be able to show off what I can do and hopefully people will be forgiving of the matter. Maybe if I wave the pretty hats in their faces (at least I have THOSE done), they won't notice the half-completed scarves and dismembered cupcakes at my feet.
Oh well.
Back to work.
